Job Description
- Implement the recruitment plan and make sure all the vacancies are filled on time with high quality
- Search for candidates from various channels, come up with new method of recruitment for difficult positions
- Conduct screen phone interview & involve directly in interview with relevant heads of department
- Support and follow up the whole recruitment procedure
- Update and maintain the database of candidates
- Welcome newcomers and conduct orientation training
- Understand manufacturing labor market for Non-Manager level, especially in construction and heavy industry to build a strong sourcing database for Non-Manager recruitment to enable provide right fit & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame.
- Build strong rapport with all interviewed candidates during & after the interview. Show care to Non-Manager new hired and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.
- Manage the employer branding activities on fanpage, linkedin, instagram
- Plan and organize different events to promote the employer brand
- Others tasks as required by HR Manager
Requirements
- Work Experience: at least 3 years of experience in the same position or similar job with successful proven records. Possess sense of business acumen.
- Negotiation & Influencing skills.Possess High level of passion.
- Able to work with less supervisory and deliver expected outcome results.
- Good at Vietnamese & English communication (speaking & writing)..
- Having an attitude of “making impossible possible”.
- High sense of responsibility and teamwork
