Job Description
-To effectively manage the interface between SAINT GOBAIN and different stakeholders involving in decision of materials use such as developers, specifiers (architects/consultants…) and Main Contractors to deliver profitable sales (technical products) of SAINT GOBAIN FGM.
-Engage and Consult Saint-Gobain Full system/solution proposals for developers and specifiers(architects/consultant/Qs...) to apply to their projects that are under designing stage( or pre-sales stage) in South Vietnam
-Prepare key account plans to approach and build good relationship with potential Developers/Architects to increase Saint Gobain market share and market penetration
-Collaborate with project sales team in construction stages to hand-over specified projects, secure specification and contribute to total project sales revenues
-Show efforts in drywall penetration, educate the market via seminars/workshops with developers/architects
-Conduct seminars/technical talks and regular visits to all clients
-Take advantage on CRM to update project information and make healthy pipeline
Requirements
-Civil Engineering/Architecture/Technical background
-At least 3 year experience in building materials industry
-Good at technical and consultancy skills
-Good at communication and influence people
-Have commercial thinking
-Interpersonal skill
-Network in building materials industry preferred
