Product information - DURAflex 2X 12mm - 20mm flooring board

DURAflex Cemboard consists of Portland cement and cellulose fibers combined with fine sand and lime. These are green materials that are environmentally friendly and safe for users' health.

DURAflex 2X boards with a thickness of 12mm - 20mm are used for lining floors on pre-built frame systems or purlin structures, replacing faux concrete and industrial plywood boards for construction projects. These products are especially useful for old buildings with limited bearing capacity where additional or expanded floors are required.

      HIGH DURABILITY

     When the board is subjected to a force, it does not break suddenly as the force must overcome numerous combined paper matrices. In addition, the board is highly elastic, which makes it a good choice for many types of construction with unique designs.

For interior walls, we recommend matching the product with Vinh Tuong V-WALL/Vinh Tuong V-SOUND frame to ensure the system’s durability and functions. For exterior walls, steel tubing can be used.

2. Transport and storage

DURAflex cement boards are covered with aluminum bars at 4 corners. Pallets of boards can be stacked on top of each other but the total height must be less than 3.2m. Forklifts are recommended to be used to load and unload boards from transport vehicles.
