FIRE RESISTANCE
With Portland cement, fine sand, limestone and ultra-fine ball-milled cellulose fibers as main ingredients, DURAflex 2X cement boards have good fire resistance, suitable for projects with high fire protection standards.
HIGH DURABILITY
When the board is subjected to a force, it does not break suddenly as the force must overcome numerous combined paper matrices. In addition, the board is highly elastic, which makes it a good choice for many types of construction with unique designs.
OUTSTANDING MOISTURE RESISTANCE
Thanks to the hollow structure with a two-way breathing mechanism, the boards can release water vapor flexibly, giving the boards outstanding moisture resistance.

1. Safe for health
It’s recommended to follow health safety regulations when working on-site, i.e. personal protective clothing and equipment; however, it will depend on the project.
2. Specialized cutting tools
Specialized cutting tools with vacuuming feature or snapper shears are advisable for easy cutting. For outside storage, storage place must be clean and covers, such as tarpaulin and nylon cover, are recommended for water- and moisture resistance. Anti-scratch coating is recommended for finishing. The product is not suitable to be used as the main load-bearing material. For board thickness, please follow manufacturer’s recommendations.
