DURAflex 2X 6mm - 10mm Board

Product description

DURAflex super lightweight concrete boards with a thickness of 6mm-10mm are used as material for partitions and interior/exterior wall cladding that are moisture and fire resistant, warp-free, termite-proof, and highly durable. The product can replace brick and concrete wall systems in works from residential to industrial, restaurants, coffee shops, factories, pre-engineered houses, and commercial buildings.

The products meet US standards and are Singapore Green Label certified, verified to be non-asbestos, a carcinogenic substance.

DURAflex 2X 6mm - 10mm cement board is a lightweight, highly durable material, available in 1220x2440 dimensions, enabling quick and easy transport and construction, saving costs and labor.
For interior partition systems, it is recommended to pair the product with Vinh Tuong V-WALL/Vinh Tuong V-SOUND frame. For exterior walls, steel tubing can be used.

      HIGH DURABILITY

     When the board is subjected to a force, it does not break suddenly as the force must overcome numerous combined paper matrices. In addition, the board is highly elastic, which makes it a good choice for many types of construction with unique designs.

    Thanks to the hollow structure with a two-way breathing mechanism, the boards can release water vapor flexibly, giving the boards outstanding moisture resistance.

      FIRE RESISTANCE

    With Portland cement, fine sand, limestone and ultra-fine ball-milled cellulose fibers as main ingredients, DURAflex 2X cement boards have good fire resistance, suitable for projects with high fire protection standards.

      SMOOTH AND EVEN SURFACE

For interior walls, we recommend matching the product with Vinh Tuong V-WALL/Vinh Tuong V-SOUND frame to ensure the system’s durability and functions. For exterior walls, steel tubing can be used.

2. Transport and storage

DURAflex cement boards are covered with aluminum bars at 4 corners. Pallets of boards can be stacked on top of each other but the total height must be less than 3.2m. Forklifts are recommended to be used to load and unload boards from transport vehicles.
